3. Ordering

All orders placed through our website are subject to availability and acceptance. After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email. This email confirms receipt of your order, not acceptance. Acceptance occurs when we dispatch the goods.

• You must be at least 18 years old to place an order
• All product information is provided as accurately as possible; minor variations in colour due to screen display may occur
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion, including in cases of pricing errors
• By placing an order, you confirm the accuracy of all information provided

4. Prices & Payment

All prices are listed in Euros (€) and include Dutch VAT (21%) unless stated otherwise. Prices are subject to change without notice. The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time of checkout.

Payment is processed securely through Mollie. We accept iDEAL, credit card, PayPal, and other methods listed at checkout. Payment must be completed before your order is dispatched.

5. Delivery

We aim to dispatch orders within 1–3 business days. Estimated delivery times vary by destination and are provided at checkout. These timelines are indicative and not guaranteed.

• Standard delivery to the Netherlands: 1–2 business days
• EU delivery: 3–7 business days
• International delivery: 7–14 business days
• Shipping costs are displayed at checkout prior to payment
• Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery

6. Returns & Withdrawal

As a consumer in the EU, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order without providing any reason. Please refer to our full Return & Withdrawal Policy for instructions on how to return items, who bears the return shipping cost, and when refunds are processed.

7. Warranty & Defects

All products sold by SunAura benefit from the statutory warranty under Dutch and EU consumer law. If a product is defective or not as described at the time of purchase, you are entitled to a free repair, replacement, or refund.

• Report defects within a reasonable timeframe upon discovery
• Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, or improper use
• Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
