Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
We ship worldwide from the Netherlands. Delivery times are estimates from the date of dispatch and may vary depending on local postal services and customs clearance.

Order Processing
Orders are processed Monday through Friday. Orders placed before 14:00 CET on a business day are typically dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 14:00 or on weekends/public holidays will be dispatched the next business day.
Once dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number where applicable.
Customs & Import Duties
For deliveries outside the European Union, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our prices or shipping fees.
We are not liable for delays caused by customs clearance. Please check your country’s import regulations before ordering.
